Itunu obtained his Higher national Diploma in Building Technology from the Federal Polytechnic, Ede. He cut his teeth with AMA Designs Ltd, and by the time he left for Formwork Ltd, he was supervising and managing major private and commercial projects from scratch to completion for AMA

At Formwork, he further honed his skills and widened his experience with several other unique projects, as well as soft but important issues around pre and post-contract management.

Drawing on his 9- years experience, the opportunities for excellent works that he encounters everyday, and the various thorough professionals he has worked with over the years, he founded Multiplex Nig. Ltd. with a strong desire to create a local corporate that will compete at international standards

He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Building and Nigerian Institute of management. He has also attended several management and leadership courses including the Daystar Leadership Academy, (Basic and Advance DLA)

Funmilayo Morenikeji

UK Sales Representative/Director

Multiplex Projects and Associates UK Ltd was established in 2020 as a subsidiary of Multiplex Projects and Associates Ltd in Nigeria. The company has identified a viable opportunity in the export to the IK of two important commodities- Palm oil and Sesame Seeds. The export business has been modes n=and essentially retail for the most part of UK customers.

The Export team is led by Funmilayo as the Sales Representative/Director of UK business. She is married with children

Finance Director

Gbolahan is a resourceful corporate executive with work experience spanning over 24 years, 9 of which were spent as a C-level executive. He is an alumnus of Stephen F. Austin State University, Texas where he graduate top of his MBA class in 2004

Emmanuel Soremi

Operations/Project Director

Emmanuel is a young and talented explorer with vast knowledge in the IT world and project management skills. He is poised with over a decade years of experience as Project Manager among other positions in and outside the country

Multiplex Projects and Associates Limited is a construction and project engineering company. Our vision is to become the leading wholly indigenous company in Construction, Project Management and related services in Nigeria, by consistently surpassing the expectations of our clients in the triple constraint ‐ Cost, Time and Quality.
Drawing from a Building Technology academic background and an extensive hands‐on exposure to the construction world in Nigeria, as well as a stint in the UK, the founder of Multiplex, Abiodun Itunu Olowookere pooled together a team of resourceful individuals in various specialty areas of the construction business to establish Multiplex Projects.
The team is made up of Architects, Surveyors, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, Structural Engineers, Project Managers and critical support resources of Finance and Legal.
